The Rand Side Table is named after its designer, and the design has her precision written all over it. Two half-circle steel plates are stacked and set against a flat back edge, creating a shape that reads as both geometric object and functional furniture at once. The gap between the plates forms an open shelf, easy to reach, always visible. Three wide, tapered legs give it an architectural base without adding bulk. Its flat side means it can tuck against a wall or the arm of a sofa; turned outward, it holds its own as a freestanding sculptural piece.
